The Doona has also been assessed for air travel and is certified to meet all US and EU standards.

Two layers of impact-absorbing plastic along with additional layers of EPS foam and textiles provide enhanced side-impact safety for your child. The handle also acts as a powerful bar that can absorb the forces of an accident, and prevent your child from reversing backwards and sustaining serious injuries.
You can open the wheels of the Doona by pulling a lever at the back of the seat. The result is a slight jolt, which doesn't awaken your baby. To tuck the wheels back in, just need to lift the lever, and the process is seamless.

5. Graco 3D Lite Stroller
This stroller for a single child has plenty for the price. It has an expandable basket as well as a cup holder for parents. It folds in just a few seconds. It comes with an adjustable tray for the child as well as the safety harness has five points. The downside is that it's not able to recline completely, so it's not the best choice for babies (use from 6 mo+).
This is the most affordable stroller we've reviewed. It's light and has an elevated back which allows your child to take in the view. It's not as robust as the higher-end models however, and it may struggle on uneven surfaces, like cobblestones. It has dual front wheels which can be moved to the side when they encounter obstacles.
The 3D Lite comes with a small storage container that can hold a backpack diaper bag that is of medium size. It also offers a peekaboo view on the canopy. The sunshade on it is tiny and may be the smallest and doesn't extend beyond the back of your child. It does, however, have a sun visor which is able to pop out.
The seat comes with a five-point harness that's padded and the frame has an adjustable shoulder strap so that you can carry it when folded. It's not as compact as the TraveLite however it folds extremely quickly.
It has a three-position recline, however it doesn't go all the way flat (use beginning at 6 months and up). The brakes are stiffer than most of the competition and require both sides to be pressed to achieve full brake engagement. Overall the quality of the 3D Lite is decent for its price. It's superior to the budget-friendly Kolcraft Cloud Plus however, it's not as great as some of the more expensive competitors.
